Trump Returns To Arizona For Bullhead City Rally

President Donald Trump returned to Arizona Wednesday for a campaign rally at Laughlin Bullhead International Airport in Bullhead City, where Republican gubernatorial nominee Andy Biggs was scheduled to join him during a broader Western swing supporting GOP candidates.

Arizona’s Family reported the program was scheduled to begin at 11:30 a.m., with Trump’s remarks expected shortly before 1 p.m. Biggs’ campaign confirmed he would speak at the airport event.

The Associated Press described Arizona as the only traditional swing state among Trump’s recent rally stops. The president traveled to Bullhead City after appearances in Ohio and Alaska and was scheduled to continue to Montana, where he planned to support Republican congressional candidate Aaron Flint. White House press secretary Katie Zacharia has called the series of appearances a “midterm blitz.”

Biggs, a former House Freedom Caucus chairman and longtime Trump ally, is challenging Democratic Gov. Katie Hobbs. Their contest has centered on competing approaches to taxes, affordability, immigration and the role of state government.

Bullhead City sits along the Colorado River across from Laughlin, Nevada. A Mohave County public notice said members of the county Board of Supervisors might attend the presidential visit, while specifying that no official county action would be discussed or taken at the event.

The airport previously hosted Trump during his 2020 presidential campaign. Wednesday’s stop marked his second Arizona appearance of 2026.

Trump’s previous visit came in April at a Turning Point Action event in Phoenix. During that speech, he discussed immigration, the economy and the war in Iran, while Biggs and several Arizona congressional Republicans addressed the crowd.

After the Bullhead City rally, Trump was scheduled to continue his Western campaign swing in Montana.
